TERMS & CONDITIONS 

We want you to enjoy your purchases & to ensure a positive experience when shopping with Dynamic Dancewear so please do not hesitate to contact us should you require assistance in choosing products or if you are dissatisfied with any product on receipt. 

  • We do not sell on approval & are not required to refund or exchange for change of mind. 

  • No Rain Checks on products advertised for clearance or sale. 

 RETURNS/EXCHANGE PROCESS 

 
  • Goods purchased online/instore cannot be returned to the Rockhampton store unless the below process has been followed & Returns Criteria is met. 

  • Contact Dynamic Dancewear to obtain a return #. 

  • Proof of purchase must be provided. 

  • Goods must be returned within 7 days from receipt of product. 

  • You are responsible for the costs of returning goods to us. Any goods returned are your responsibility until they reach our store. We will not be held liable for any goods lost in transit. Therefore, we recommend you use a courier or trackable eParcel through Australia Post to return the goods. Please ensure you package your return to prevent any damage to the products in transit. 

 RETURNS CRITERIA 

  • Item/s must be unworn & unwashed in original saleable condition with all labels/tags attached & returned within 7 days from receipt of product. 

  • PRODUCT EXCLUSIONS: sale, clearance, special orders, hair accessories, makeup, Hoopwire, RTW/Custom Costumes, Hoisery/Underwear, Pointe Shoes 

 FAULTS

  • Dynamic Dancewear accepts returns for exchange of product if the product/s purchased online/instore are found to be faulty & that meet the Returns Criteria. 

  • We reserve the right to determine whether a product is faulty & conduct a production & quality check. A response for faulty claims will be received within 5 working days of the product/s arrival at Dynamic Dancewear. If deemed faulty, & acceptable repair is not possible, a refund of the cost of the goods & postage will be provided. In addition, the reasonable cost of returning the faulty item/s back to us will also be refunded. A receipt for the return postage must be included with the return. 

 INCORRECT SIZES 

  • We understand that it can be difficult selecting sizes. We provide Brand Size Charts online to assist you in the selection of size. If you have incorrectly chosen a garment/shoe size & the item meets the Returns Criteria. A store credit will be provided for the costs of the original product/s. You can then utilise your store credit by purchasing the correct replacement size. 

  • We do not refund/credit shipping charges. 

POINTE SHOE FITTINGS

Bronwyn Burr is an experienced pointe shoe fitter. Bloch  trained & Certified, & is an official stockist of Capezio, Grishko, Gaynor Minden, So Danca pointe shoes. We are unbiased in brand recommendation supplying a large range of pointe shoes for the dancer to select from.

POINTE SHOES SHOULD BE PROFESSIONALLY FITTED - ONLY ORDER ONLINE IF YOU ARE CERTAIN OF YOUR EXACT STYLE, SIZE AND WIDTH OF SHOE. NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES WILL BE GIVEN ON POINTE SHOES FOR CHANGE OF MIND OR INCORRECT SIZE SELECTION. 

  • Dynamic Dancewear provides a professional pointe shoe fitting service and will assist you in selecting the best possible options available. 
  • On occasions this may mean that the specific size combination of shank strength, box, size/width etc required may not be available at fitting & will be have to be ordered to ensure you get the perfect fit.
  • Fittings are preferred by appointment to provide you with time to make an informed decision & can be made outside of business hours to allow uninterrupted service. 
  • Pointe Shoes are not sold on approval. However, dance teachers are welcome to attend beginner fittings.

NOTE TO ALL: ..... harder shanks do not necessarily indicate the sustainability/longevity of a shoe & can be particularly detrimental to the beginner dancer if requested/purchased for this purpose.

 ONLINE PURCHASES 

  • Orders are processed Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays).  
  • Orders placed after 2pm are processed the next business day.

  • You will be messaged with shipping information or when your order is ready to be picked up.
  • Available Stock Standard Shipping 3-7 Days from dispatch depending on location (Covid19 may impact delivery times)
  • Available Stock Express Shipping 3-5 Days from dispatch depending on location (See Australia Post Areas Included in Express Schedule)
  • Delivery times vary depending on where you are located. Here is an estimate for each state:

    • VIC, NSW & SA – up to 4 business days
    • QLD – up to 3 business days
    • TAS – up to 5 business days
    • WA – up to 5 business days
    • Rural Areas – up to 6 business days

 

  • FREE Standard Flat Rate Shipping $10.00 *within Australia
  • Free Shipping Orders over $150 *excludes Dream Duffel Packages
  • If you do need an item urgent contact us directly & we will endeavour to obtain a quote for shipping. We cannot not guarantee any delivery service timelines advised by carriers. 

NEW ZEALAND

  • Flat Rate Standard Shipping options for up to 2kg Satchels 7-12 business days
  • Placing orders for parcels that exceed weight or size for Australia Post Satchels up to 2kg will incur additional costs which will be invoiced separately
  • Contact us if you wish to clarify shipping costs before finalising your order.

STOCK AVAILABILITY 

  • Please contact us if your size/colour style is not listed.

  • Standard delivery times unless in a remote areas is 3-5 working days from dispatch of order.

  • Contact us if you require items urgently & we will advise if/how the order can be expedited.

  • We do not guarantee that all items ordered will be available & in stock. Stock replenishment for most Brands is schedule every Monday excluding public holidays.

  • We will notify you if any item in your order is temporarily unavailable or is discontinued from supplier. 
  • Out of stock items will be back ordered unless otherwise advised. 

  • Drop shipping is available for some products.

URGENT ORDERS 

  • Please contact Dynamic Dancewear by phone 07 4922 1999 during business hours or 0408 066 076, outside of business hours should you require products quickly or by a deadline & we will endeavour to assist you to meet your deadline.  

  • Express/drop shipping may be available from some wholesale providers at additional cost to assist with meeting your deadline but cannot be guaranteed by us. 

EMERGENCY SUPPLIES 

  • We understands that the unexpected can happen outside of business hours, & usually when it is needed urgently for performance eg. holes in spare stockings, missing shoe, last minute change of costume accessory.  

  • Please contact Dynamic Dancewear by mobile 0408 066 076 & we may be able to assist you buy supplying outside of normal business hours.

9.30 - 5.30pm Monday - Friday

8.30 - 3pm Saturday

Sunday & Outside of Business Hours - By Appointment

Fittings for any of your dance wear needs are now available by appointment outside of business hours including Sunday. (Covid19 Restricts 7 persons instore). To assist with reducing customers instore during peak after school time. Head to the our Facebook Page to book or contact us directly if a suitable time is not listed.

 

Business hours may be altered or extended during peak performance periods like eisteddfods, competitions, and special holidays in an endeavour to best support you as an artist. 
  • As we are flexible with providing a great service to you outside of normal business hours Dynamic Dancewear may also have short closures for major or special events. 

  • Sign up for our Dynamic News or like us on Facebook/Instagram to follow our feeds for or the latest on changes to hours & fashion updates as they hit the store. 

DANCE TEACHERS/DIRECTORS 

  • We understand how difficult it can be to plan costumes/dance wear needs around class & rehearsal times.  

  • All teachers are welcome to Dynamic Dancewear outside of normal business hours.  

  • Please contact us to arrange a private opening. 

REGIONAL OR TRAVELLING ARTISTS 

  • Where possible Dynamic Dancewear will open the Allenstown, Rockhampton boutique outside of normal business hours (including Sundays) to assist our regional clients or travelling artists (individually or as a group) to be fitted for dance wear, costumes & shoes.  

  • Please contact us to arrange a suitable time. 

 STUDENT BOARDERS 

  • Rockhampton has a several boarding schools. Where possible Dynamic Dancewear will supply & deliver orders to students free of charge in local boarding houses if the student is unable to arrange pickup of items during business hours.  

  • Select the Click & Collect at Check Out & provide relevant details of school/grade/house in the notes at Check Out OR contact us by telephone or email to provide all details of delivery required. 

  • Boarding House Managers can also contact us by telephone to arrange group fittings if they have students requiring dance wear.  

  • This is great for back to school and dance in January & February & students participating in school musicals.
